My Pricing Page (Buyer View)

How B2B buyers can see all their active wholesale discounts and volume tiers in one place.

What Is the My Pricing Page?

The My Pricing page is a dedicated section in the wholesale portal where your B2B buyers can see all the discounts and pricing rules that apply to them personally. Think of it as a transparent price sheet — your buyers can review their wholesale discount percentages, fixed pricing, volume tier breakdowns, and more, all in one convenient place.

This transparency is critical for building trust with your wholesale customers. When buyers can see exactly what discounts they're receiving and how volume tiers work, they feel confident that they're getting fair, consistent pricing. It also reduces pricing questions and support requests, saving you time.

Accessing My Pricing

Buyers can find the My Pricing page in the portal sidebar navigation. After logging into the wholesale portal, they simply click on My Pricing in the menu to view their personalized pricing information.

What the Page Shows

The My Pricing page displays two main categories of pricing information: wholesale pricing rules and volume pricing rules. Only rules that are currently active and applicable to the logged-in buyer are shown.

Active Wholesale Pricing Rules

This section lists all the flat wholesale discount rules that apply to the buyer. For each rule, the page shows:

  • Discount Type and Value: Whether the discount is a percentage off (e.g., "20% off"), a fixed amount off (e.g., "$10 off"), or a fixed wholesale price (e.g., "$15.00 per unit").
  • Product Scope: Which products the rule applies to — this could be all products in the store, specific collections, or individual products.
  • Schedule Dates: If the rule has start and/or end dates (for seasonal promotions or limited-time discounts), those dates are displayed so buyers know when the pricing is valid.
  • Customer Group: The customer group this rule targets, showing buyers which group membership is giving them this pricing.

Active Volume Pricing Rules

This section shows all quantity-based discount tiers available to the buyer. For each volume pricing rule, the page displays:

  • Tiered Quantity Ranges: A clear table showing each quantity tier and the corresponding price or discount. For example:
  • 1–9 units: $25.00 each
  • 10–24 units: $22.00 each (12% off)
  • 25–49 units: $19.00 each (24% off)
  • 50+ units: $16.00 each (36% off)
  • Discount Method: How quantities are counted for the tier calculation:
  • Same Variant: Only identical variants count toward the tier.
  • Mix Variants: All variants of the same product count together.
  • Mix Products: All qualifying products in the order count together.
  • Product Scope: Which products or collections the volume tiers apply to.

How Rules Are Filtered for the Current Customer

The My Pricing page shows only rules that are relevant to the logged-in buyer. Here's how BulklyCart determines which rules to display:

Customer Group Matching

BulklyCart checks the buyer's group memberships from two sources:

  • Portal customer group IDs: Groups the buyer was automatically or manually assigned to through the portal system.
  • Manual customer group memberships: Groups where the buyer was manually added by the merchant.

These two sources are merged together to create a complete list of the buyer's group memberships. The My Pricing page then shows rules from all applicable groups, giving the buyer a comprehensive view of every discount they're eligible for.

Active and Valid Rules Only

Only rules that meet all of the following criteria are displayed:

  • The rule is currently active (not deactivated by the merchant).
  • The rule is within its scheduled date range (if dates are set).
  • The rule targets a customer group that the buyer belongs to.

Why Some Rules May Not Appear

If a buyer expects to see a certain discount but doesn't see it on their My Pricing page, here are the common reasons:

  • Rule is inactive: The merchant may have deactivated the pricing rule. Only active rules are shown.
  • Rule has expired: If the rule had a scheduled end date that has passed, it won't appear.
  • Different customer group: The rule may target a customer group that the buyer doesn't belong to. Check the buyer's group memberships in the admin panel.
  • Rule not yet started: If the rule has a future start date, it won't appear until that date arrives.

As a merchant, if a buyer contacts you about missing pricing, you can verify their group memberships and the rule's status from the admin panel to quickly resolve the issue.
