Getting Help with BulklyCart
We are here to help you get the most out of your B2B wholesale portal. Whether you have a question about setting up complex pricing rules, need assistance styling your portal page, or want to report a technical issue, you can reach our support team directly from your merchant dashboard.
Opening a Support Ticket
- Open BulklyCart in your Shopify admin.
- Look at the primary navigation menu in the left sidebar.
- Click the Support menu item (located near the bottom of the list).
Submitting the Support Form
In the Support page, fill out the following fields:
1. Select a Topic
Choose the topic that best matches your request from the dropdown menu:
- General Inquiry: Basic questions about app features or settings.
- Technical Issue / Bug Report: If something is not displaying correctly or an error occurs.
- Billing & Subscription: Questions about your plan, billing invoice, or trial.
- Feature Request: Feedback on how we can improve BulklyCart to better suit your business.
2. Write Your Message
Describe your question or issue in detail in the message box. The message must be at least 10 characters. To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- Steps to reproduce any technical issue.
- Links to specific products or customer profiles in question.
- Any custom setup requirements you want to achieve.
3. Click Send Message
Click the Send Message button. The app will validate your input, display a green success notification, and deliver your inquiry to our support email queue.
How Support Gathers Context
To save you time, the support form automatically compiles and attaches essential diagnostic context about your store to the email, including:
- Your store's Shopify domain (e.g.,
your-store.myshopify.com) - Your primary contact email address
- The account owner's name
- The current app installation and version metrics
This allows our support engineers to begin investigating your issue immediately without needing to ask for basic store details.
Response Time SLA
Our support team typically reviews and responds to all inquiries within 24 business hours. You will receive replies directly in the email address associated with your Shopify merchant account.
