Why Registration Forms Matter for B2B

Wholesale businesses are different from regular retail, you need to collect specific business information before granting access to your wholesale pricing. BulklyCart's registration form lets you build a custom sign-up page that captures exactly the information you need from potential B2B buyers, such as company names, tax IDs, and business addresses.

Instead of manually creating accounts for each wholesale customer, you can share a registration link and let buyers apply on their own. You then review and approve (or reject) each application from your dashboard.

Navigating to the Registration Form

To configure your registration form:

1. Open BulklyCart from your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to Portal pages, Click Registration Form in portal pages setting cards.
3. You'll land directly on the form configuration page where you can manage your layout, fields, and settings.

Available Form Fields

BulklyCart provides a comprehensive set of pre-built fields organized into four categories. You choose which fields to display on your form and whether each field is required or optional.

Basic Profile Fields

• First Name The applicant's first name Usually required for all forms
• Last Name The applicant's last name Usually required for all forms
• Email Business email address Always required — used as the login credential
• Password Account password for portal access Minimum 6 characters
• Confirm Password Password confirmation field Must match the password field
• Phone Business phone number Optional — useful for order follow-ups

Business Information Fields

Sharing Your Registration Form

Once your form is configured, you need to share it with potential wholesale customers.

Public Registration URL

Your registration form has a unique public URL that you can share anywhere. This URL is accessible without logging in.

To find your form's public link:

1. Go to Registration Form in the sidebar.
2. Copy the Public URL shown at the top of the configuration page.

You can share this link via email, in social media posts, on your website, or in any marketing materials. When someone visits the link, they'll see your branded registration form and can fill it out immediately.
