Subscription Plans & Usage Limits

Compare BulklyCart plans, understand feature limits, and manage your subscription.

BulklyCart Subscription Plans

BulklyCart offers four flexible plans designed to grow with your wholesale business. Whether you're just getting started with B2B or managing thousands of wholesale customers, there's a plan that fits your needs. All paid plans are billed monthly through your Shopify billing system.

Viewing Your Current Plan & Usage

To check your current subscription and see how much of each feature you're using:

Step-by-Step: Check Your Plan

  1. Open BulklyCart from your Shopify admin.
  2. Click Subscription in the left sidebar menu.
  3. At the top, you'll see your Current Plan Card showing your active plan name, monthly price, and billing status.

Understanding the Usage Grid

Below your plan card, the Usage Grid shows a visual breakdown of your feature consumption. For each feature limit, you'll see:

  • Feature name — What the limit applies to (e.g., "Wholesale Pricing Rules")
  • Usage count — How many you've created (e.g., "3 of 5 used")
  • Progress bar — A visual indicator showing how close you are to the limit

Progress bars change color as you approach limits:

  • Green — Plenty of room (under 50% used)
  • Yellow — Getting close (50-80% used)
  • Red — At or near the limit (over 80% used)

When you've reached a limit, the app will show a warning message and prevent you from creating additional resources until you upgrade your plan.

Upgrading Your Plan

When your business grows and you need higher limits, upgrading is simple:

  1. Go to the Subscription page in BulklyCart.
  2. Review the available plans and their features.
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan you'd like to switch to.
  4. Shopify will show a billing confirmation dialog with the new price.
  5. Confirm the upgrade — the change takes effect immediately.

Your new limits are available right away. Any features you were blocked from creating will now be accessible based on your new plan's limits.

Downgrading Your Plan

You can also downgrade to a lower plan at any time:

  1. Go to the Subscription page.
  2. Select a lower-tier plan.
  3. Confirm the change through Shopify's billing dialog.

Important: If you've created more resources than the lower plan allows (for example, you have 10 pricing rules but downgrade to a plan with a limit of 5), your existing resources will not be deleted. However, you won't be able to create new ones until your usage falls within the new plan's limits.

Free Trial & Trial Extensions

All paid plans (Growth, Pro, and Business) include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features included in that plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Trial Extensions

In some cases, the BulklyCart team may offer you a trial extension — for example, if you need more time to evaluate the app or if there was a service issue. Here's how trial extensions work:

  • The BulklyCart team creates a pending trial extension for your store.
  • The extension is automatically applied the next time you subscribe to or upgrade a paid plan.
  • The extra trial days are added on top of the standard 7-day trial.
  • You'll see the extended trial period reflected in your Shopify billing confirmation.

Trial extensions are a one-time benefit and are applied automatically — you don't need to enter any codes or take any special action.
