Welcome to BulklyCart. By installing, accessing, or using our Shopify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using BulklyCart, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our application. These Terms apply to all users of the application, including merchants and their customers.
2. Description of Service
BulklyCart is a Shopify application that provides bulk ordering functionality for your online store, including:
- Quick order forms for bulk product ordering
- Variant-based bulk ordering
- Volume pricing and discount rules
- Saved lists and reorder functionality
- Customizable rulesets and settings
3. Account and Registration
To use BulklyCart, you must have a valid Shopify store. By installing our app, you authorize us to access certain store data necessary for the application to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
BulklyCart offers different subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed through your Shopify account on a monthly basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin
- Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to certain features
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for certain plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial availability and duration are subject to change.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BulklyCart to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the application's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute the application without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
BulklyCart and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our application.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of BulklyCart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our application, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
BulklyCart integrates with Shopify and may integrate with other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
BulklyCart is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the application is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of BulklyCart.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BulklyCart and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to BulklyCart immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the application or sending an email. Your continued use of BulklyCart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
